Depending on the type of watch repair you have, and the repair required we use either genuine manufacture parts or OEM manufacture parts. For example, we only use OEM Swiss made batteries for all our battery replacements.

On nearly all fashion, designer watches we use genuine OEM replacement parts internally — as do all service centers. This is how we make our service eco-friendly and cost-effective — we think that is important.

On higher value brands such as Omega, Rolex and Tag we many use genuine manufacturer parts or, again OEM replacements — This is at the discretion of our watchmaker who makes the best decision based on repair itself and the end-cost to the customer.
